Here are some additional answers to questions posed during the event:

1. If a student is not enrolled in an AP class but they are taking the AP Exam, will they have access to AP Classroom and/or other College Board Testing Resources?

Only students enrolled in AP courses will receive access to AP Classroom.Exam Only students are highly encouraged to go to their AP exam Page. Here it gives specific subject matter that will be covered on the exam. Students will just need to scroll down and look for Course Content and Exam Description (pdf).

2. Confirming that students enrolled in an AP class still need to sign up for the exam (not automatic)?

It is not automatic. Students will have to sign up using a Join Code. Please note, students enrolled in an AP course should receive a special Join Code from their AP teacher. This is what they will use to register with. For students not enrolled in an AP class they will register with Ms. Brittney Barrow (she will post in Schoology so students know).

3. Checking tech and IS for PSAT because a student had a problem with their assigned Chromebook last year. Will there be spare Chromebooks just in case that happens?

Yes, there should be, at any point if something is wrong with the Chromebook before or during testing. They will need to let a proctor know and be excused and go to the tech area.

4. UC Campus Access

From the Lab Student Handbook: "The University sets the limits and conditions of access to the University’s facilities for U-High students. As a U-High student, you must behave appropriately when using UC facilities. You may not enter International House (59th Street between Dorchester and Blackstone Avenues) or Ida Noyes Hall (59th Street between Kimbark and Woodlawn Avenues) unless attending an event organized and supervised by the High School. The Booth School of Business determines its own visitor access and policies. All Laboratory Schools students may use the Reynolds Club for studying. Students in Grades 10–12 may enter the Regenstein Library with their Lab ID card."

Athletic facilities: Lab students can use Athletic facilities at UC only if their family has a family membership with Athletics at UC. Students are allowed entrance to the pool as spectators when there is a Lab competition taking place.
